Balance Yoga is located in the heart of Lakeway and serves the surrounding Bee Cave, Spicewood, Westlake, Hudson Bend, and Steiner Ranch area. We feature a climate control and humidity system that cannot be found anywhere else. By warming the studio and providing much needed humidity, your skin will never feel dry and you will leave feeling peaceful, replenished, and fulfilled physically and often spiritually. But our students keep coming back most of all for the cold, lavender towels provided at the end of each practice!

In this meditation workshop, we'll learn about the classic five hindrances to meditation, and how to work with them in our yoga practice, our seated meditation practice, and our daily lives.

New Year's Day 108 Sun Salutations

A sun salutation is simply a salute to the sun; it’s a way to greet the day, practice gratitude, get your circulation flowing, and the process of creating energy together! The tradition of 108 sun salutations is typically performed upon the change of seasons: Winter & Summer Solstice and Spring & Fall Equinox. The sequence involves nine postures that are linked by the breath – inhaling and exhaling with each movement. It is a form of cleansing, wiping the slate clean, renewing oneself, and on this day preparing for the new year!
